CV Holdings, Inc. is a specialty finance company with ownership in finance platforms across multiple businesses, including small-ticket equipment financing and commercial real estate bridge lending. The Company, through its subsidiaries, holds various types of investment assets, including loans receivable, finance leases and commercial Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO) interests. The firm owns and operates a commercial real estate lending business through CV Capital Funding, LLC (CVCF). CVCF's loans are secured primarily by first mortgages on commercial real estate assets. The small ticket finance and leasing business through Centra Funding, LLC (Centra). The company provides residential nonperforming loan (NPL) servicers and asset managers through LongVue Mortgage Capital, Inc. (LongVue). The various operating businesses are owned by the Company's wholly owned taxable real estate investment trusts (REIT) subsidiary, RFC TRS, Inc. (TRS), while the portfolio investments are held through other subsidiaries outside TRS.
