This Contract is resolved based on the "Consumer price index overall", as published by Destatis, the official Federal Statistical Office of Germany. The report can be found here: https://www.destatis.de/EN/Themes/Economy/Prices/Consumer-Price-Index/Tables/Consumer-prices-12-divisions.html, by selecting "Total, division 1 to 4" under "Monthly levels" and viewing the "Consumer price index overall" value for the Contract Reference Period.
