This Contract resolves based on the total number of completed Uber trips during the specified quarter, in billions, as reported in Uber Technologies, Inc.'s official SEC filings (Form 10-Q or Form 10-K).

Rules and timeline

Each outcome is its own contract. A Yes contract pays $1 if its outcome happens and $0 if not; a No contract pays the reverse. Because the contracts trade separately, their chances don't have to add up to 100%.

  • Above 3.5Resolves Yes if Uber trips exceeds 3.5 billion in Q1 2027? (rideshare) (mobility) (ride hailing).
