The case for and against

Updated Oct 23, 2026

Bull case

Enhanced Group is positioned favorably because it operates in the fast-growing performance-medicine segment of a $2T global wellness market, targeting a clear gap between lifespan and health span with a D2C model that can deepen personalization and lower acquisition costs over time. Its May 2026-launched Live Enhanced platform already offers 11 Rx products and two supplement stacks across 34 countries, while the Enhanced Games reached over 1B people globally and generated $32M in sponsorship contract value, validating an owned media engine that competitors lack. With management projecting revenue of $357M in 2028 from $57M in 2026 and the company funded through 2027 profitability after a $50M PIPE, the outlook is supported by strong growth, improving monetization, and two near-term catalysts.

Bear case

Enhanced Group is viewed negatively because it remains an early-stage, unproven business that has incurred losses since founding, started with $0 revenue earlier this year, and still carries going-concern risk despite only limited liquidity from a $20M working capital note and about $3M from SPAC redemptions. Its model is highly experimental and exposed to regulatory, reputational, and ethical risks tied to performance-enhancing substances, while the health and wellness market is crowded and better-capitalized competitors may outspend it on marketing and R&D. Although revenue could reach $271M by 2028 and the stock screens cheaply at 1.8x 2027E EV/Revenue, the 2Q26 cost burden, including the $52M Games investment and recurring 6-figure Breakers events, underscores heavy execution risk and dilution concerns.
