The case for and against

Updated Oct 3, 2026

Bull case

Endeavour Silver is supported by a clear production-growth setup, with Terronera and Minera Kolpa expected to drive higher output as Terronera moves into higher-grade zones and Kolpa’s 2,500 tpd expansion boosts run-rate. The company’s 1Q26 results underscore that operating momentum is already translating into economics, with revenue of $209.7M, net income of $64.9M, mine operating earnings of $93.5M, and operating cash flow of $20.7M, while Terronera contributed 533,301 oz of silver and 8,478 oz of gold at a negative cash cost. With realized silver and gold prices of $85.95/oz and $5,035/oz still above the firm’s deck, plus Pitarrilla and Guanaceví offering additional upside, the outlook remains constructive.

Bear case

Endeavour Silver is facing a fundamentally challenging operating mix, with 2Q26 output of roughly 1.9M silver ounces and 10,474 ounces of gold offset by weaker grades at Guanaceví from mine sequencing and dilution. Although total production reached 3.4M silver equivalent ounces and Kolpa benefited from the 2,500-tpd expansion, sales outpaced production at 2.1Moz of silver and 10,823 ounces of gold, suggesting inventory drawdowns and limited organic production momentum. Terronera was only in line with expectations rather than a clear upside catalyst, while further capital spending on dry-stack tailings and site upgrades points to continued execution and funding demands.
