Its lead asset, XPOVIO (selinexor), is marketed in combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy. XPOVIO is also marketed for treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The firm is engaged in evaluating selinexor in certain hematological and solid tumor malignancies, including myelofibrosis, endometrial cancer and multiple myeloma. The Company’s product candidate, eltanexor, is an oral SINE compound like selinexor, that selectively blocks the nuclear export protein XPO1.
