Its core technology is the E-Motion, a high-voltage electric outboard powertrain platform, which includes its flagship 180 HP E-Motion 180E system. The company operates through two segments: electric propulsion and boat manufacturing, including ongoing development and commercialization of our E-Motion systems and electric boat models; and retail sales and services through Nautical Ventures, which provides a scaled distribution platform and recurring service revenue. Its E-Motion powertrain includes high voltage marine battery packs, inverter (charger), throttle control and monitoring and control software. Its product mix includes both electric and internal-combustion engine (ICE) boats, positioning the business as a provider of marine products to consumers and commercial customers.
