Yuhe International, Inc. supplies day-old chickens raised for meat production, or broilers in China. The company is headquartered in Weifang, Shandong and currently employs 1,279 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2008-04-15. The firm purchases breeding hens from breeder farms, raises them to produce hatching eggs, and hatches the eggs into day-old broilers. The firm primarily operates through two segments. PRC Yuhe segment is engaged in the business of breeding chickens. Taihong segment is engaged in the business of feed production, in which most of the products are used internally.
