In the area of chronic HBV infection, its advanced drug candidate, ALG-000184, helps in disrupting the HBV lifecycle with viral suppression as well as reductions in viral antigens. Its ALG-055009 is an oral, small-molecule thyroid receptor beta agonist (THR-β) for the treatment of MASH.
