The company is engaged in the acquisition, operation and development of natural gas and natural gas liquid (NGL) properties located in the Barnett Shale in the Fort Worth Basin of Texas (the Barnett) and in the Marcellus Shale in the Appalachian Basin of Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA). The company has a 50% ownership interest in the BKV-BPP Power Joint Venture, which owns Temple Plants, a modern combined cycle gas and steam turbine power plant located in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) North Zone in Temple, Texas. The firm's operational projects include the Barnett Zero Project, Eagle Ford Project, East Texas Project and others.
