The Singapore Overnight Rate Average is published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore at 9 AM SGT every business day of each month. Due to the time difference between Singapore and Chicago, this corresponds to 8:00 PM CT of the previous date.
Rules and timeline
Each outcome is its own contract. A Yes contract pays $1 if its outcome happens and $0 if not; a No contract pays the reverse. Because the contracts trade separately, their chances don't have to add up to 100%.
